If a translation of this page differs from the English version, the English version governs.
The short version: be 13 or older, only send photos and chats you are allowed to share, be kind about the people in them, and know that we make every house with care but cannot promise it will be perfect.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Tsumida AI, of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They add the Rumi details to the Tsumida AI terms, and win where the two differ. By using Rumi you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to make an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you send us
Your photos, videos, chat and answers stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to make your house and show it to you and to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete them.
Only send what you have the right to use. If other people are in your photos or messages, make sure they would be fine with it. Do not send anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or meant to hurt someone, or anything about someone who has not agreed to be in it.
The house we make
Your house is made for your personal use: keep it, gift it, show it to your friends. The house's design, the little figures, the building blocks and the code stay ours (Tsumida AI's), and these terms do not let you resell them.
We craft each house with the help of AI. The scenes and lines are made up to sound like you two; they are not real quotes, and they can get something wrong. If something is off, tell us within 7 days and we will try to remake it while we still have your photos.
Sharing
A house is private until you turn on sharing. With sharing on, anyone with the link can view it. You are responsible for who you send the link to.
What we can do
We may decline to make a house, or remove one, if it breaks these terms. Rumi is new: we may change it, pause it or stop it. If we ever stop it, we will tell you by email first so you can take one last spin.
No guarantees
Rumi is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your things safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Tsumida AI is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Rumi (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any rights the laws of your own country give you.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you by email before it takes effect.
